Workplace health and safety training, employees’ risk perceptions, behavioral safety compliance, and perceived job insecurity during Covid-19

This is the dataset of a survey on workplace health and safety training, employees’ risk perceptions, behavioral safety compliance, and perceived job insecurity in Vietnam during Covid-19 pandemic. The data were collected through an online questionnaire completed by full-time Vietnamese between April and June 2020. Using E-mail, LinkedIn, and Facebook, the online questionnaire was sent to respondents who filled it out voluntarily. A two-wave survey was conducted in order to lessen the common method bias.

本数据集为新冠疫情（COVID-19 pandemic）期间，针对越南职场健康与安全培训、员工风险感知、行为安全合规性及感知工作不安全感开展的专项调研数据集。调研数据于2020年4月至6月间通过线上问卷收集，受访对象为越南全职劳动者。本次线上问卷通过电子邮件、领英（LinkedIn）以及脸书（Facebook）渠道发放，由受访者自愿填写。为减少共同方法偏差（common method bias），本次调研采用两波次调查设计。
