Various approaches were conducted to avoid salinity in agriculture, including developing salt-tolerant crops and conventional breeding, which are insufficient, labor-intensive, and time-consuming. Nevertheless, alternative technologies should be used concurrently to upgradeagricultural sustainability, such as using plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) . The root-associated biome has complex microbial diversity and might be considered the prototype of thenatural relationship between plants and microbes.In this study, we present the complete genome sequence of the PGPB Tritonibacter mobilisAK171, isolated from the root rhizosphere of Mangrove with salinity stress tolerance promotingabilities on Arabidopsis thaliana. Providing new technological tools for improving ourunderstanding of PGPR as well for application in a sustainable a agriculture system.
