3D point clouds of trees and apple fruit annotated with thermal data

This is an example file. It will be replaced once the entire data set is approved for publication. The rationale for placing this example data set is to provide an insight into the data for evaluation purpose by the reviewers. Once accepted a new version with all data (450 GB) will be made open access. This example dataset captures: Raw thermal image, Raw LiDAR data, Filtered LiDAR data including return signal strength intensity, Preprocessed temperature annotated 3D point cloud of one tree block, one side, on one measuring date, Preprocessed temperature annotated 3D point cloud of manually segmented apple fruit (six examples out of 1236) Raw reference data本文件为示例文件，待整个数据集获批正式发布后将被替换。本次设置该示例数据集的初衷，是为评审人员提供用于评估的数据集相关参考信息。待正式获批后，将发布包含全部450 GB数据的开源版本。 本示例数据集涵盖以下内容： - 原始热成像图像 - 原始激光雷达（LiDAR）数据 - 经滤波处理的激光雷达（LiDAR）数据，包含回波信号强度信息 - 单次测量日期下，单树木区块单侧的、经预处理且带有温度标注的3D点云 - 经手动分割的苹果果实的、经预处理且带有温度标注的3D点云（从1236个果实样本中选取6个作为示例） - 原始参考数据
