Gel spot protein identifications and statistics.

Of the 49 spots of interest, 34 could be identified. Fold change (Δ) is DAT/non-DAT, with p-values calculated using a Wilcoxon rank sum test. The area under the ROC curve (AuROC) is also given. The protein ID (UniProt ID) is of the most abundant protein within each spot. If an uncharacterized protein had no apparent homology to a known protein using Blastp, it is listed as ‘unknown’.
