This repository contains the datasets used in the manuscript with title "Spatially resolving bulk biomarkers in colorectal cancer microenvironment via an integrative analytical framework". The 'GSE280318_processed.rds' file is the public Visium HD ST dataset (processed). The "Visium_HD_segmentation.rds" file is the independent Visium HD ST dataset generated in this study.
