These data are generated for the targeted metabolites analysis of three streptomyces strain, including Streptomyces albus J1074, Streptomyces lividans TK24 and Streptomyces aureofaciens J1-022. The precursors and reducing equivalents of type II polyketides are relatively quantified based on the integration of EIC area. These data reveals that the level of precursors and cofactors may play a important role in the biosynthesis of type II polyketides. Compared to model streptomyces strains, industrial strains may possess natural advantages in supplying those critical factors of the same type natural products.
