Alfalfa Root bacterial and fungal community diversity

There is an increasing awareness of the importance of root-associated bacteria and fungi to plantgrowth. At present, little is known about whether diferent Alfalfa cultivars afect the root microbial community. Here, we examined the changes in the microorganismal diversity and composition ofthe root of diferent alfalfa cultivars.
