H1 Out-of-Sample Failure Confirmed: MACS J0025 and El Gordo Cluster-Lensing Test

It preserves the first formal H1 out-of-sample cluster-lensing test on MACS J0025.4-1222 and El Gordo / ACT-CL J0102-4915. The branch under test was \[ H1=\{\hbox{present-ledger Candidate H amplitude},\ L_{\mathrm{LOS}}\hbox{ fallback source}\}. \] The two-cluster comparison fails: \[ Q_{\mathrm{H1}}(\mathrm{MACS\ J0025},\mathrm{El\ Gordo})=\mathrm{FAILED}. \] A forensic audit is included to check whether the failure is explained by a verdict-changing implementation bug; the package records that it is not. Raw data products and generated science maps are intentionally excluded from this small audit bundle. The value of the record is methodological: failed branches stay public, named, and queryable.
