Protective Effect of Aqueous Extract of Urtica dioica Against Cadmium-Induced Nephrotoxicity and Trace Element Disturbance in Rats

This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the manuscript entitled “Protective Effect of Aqueous Extract of Urtica dioica Against Cadmium-Induced Nephrotoxicity and Trace Element Disturbance in Rats,” submitted to Archives of Biological Sciences. The files include biochemical measurements (serum urea, creatinine, uric acid, sodium, phosphate, copper, zinc, and iron) obtained from four groups of male Wistar rats (control, cadmium chloride, Urtica dioica extract, and combined treatment). Each file provides mean ± SD values and individual replicate data used for statistical analyses (one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s post hoc test). Data were generated at the Department of Biology, College of Science, University of Anbar (Iraq) in 2024.
