EBHI-Seg是一个公开的结肠镜活检组织病理学H&E图像数据集,专为图像分割任务设计。该数据集包含5710张电子显微镜下的组织病理学结直肠癌切片图像,涵盖六种肿瘤分化阶段:正常、息肉、低级别上皮内瘤变、高级别上皮内瘤变、锯齿状腺瘤和腺癌。数据集由东北大学医学与生物信息工程学院显微图像与医学图像分析组创建,通过结肠镜活检方法采集样本,使用Nissan Olympus显微镜和NewUsbCamera采集软件进行图像获取。该数据集旨在为结直肠癌的医学诊断提供新的分割算法,帮助医生和患者在临床环境中进行更准确的诊断。
EBHI-Seg is a publicly available colorectal cancer biopsy histopathological H&E image dataset specifically designed for image segmentation tasks. This dataset comprises 5710 histopathological colorectal cancer section images acquired under electron microscopy, covering six tumor differentiation stages: normal, polyp, low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, serrated adenoma, and adenocarcinoma. The dataset was created by the Microscopic and Medical Image Analysis Group of the College of Medicine and Bioinformatics Engineering, Northeastern University. Samples were collected via colonoscopic biopsy, and images were captured using a Nissan Olympus microscope and NewUsbCamera acquisition software. This dataset is intended to support the development of novel segmentation algorithms for colorectal cancer medical diagnosis, aiding clinicians and patients in obtaining more accurate diagnoses in clinical environments.
