FCS and SMLM datasubset from Dibsy et al.

Data(sub)set of FCS measurements and SMLM acquisitions used respectively to establish figure 5 and figure 3 of Dibsy et al. FCS zip contains raw data, fitted data (raw data minus excluded data due to photobleaching, large fluctuations, aggregates...) and FCS waist calibration data, to plot FCS diffusion laws (tau1/2=f(w²)). SMLM subset is made of two typical raw images that can be analyzed by any of SMLM reconstructing software to retrieves clusters and clusters (cell) surface density in the presence or absence of a drug modulating branched actin connections (CK666)本数据集（子集）包含荧光相关光谱（Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy, FCS）测量数据与单分子定位显微镜（Single Molecule Localization Microscopy, SMLM）采集数据，分别用于生成Dibsy等人研究中的图5与图3。其中FCS数据压缩包包含原始数据、拟合数据（原始数据剔除因光漂白、大幅波动、聚集物等因素产生的无效数据后所得）以及FCS腰斑校准数据，用于绘制FCS扩散定律曲线（tau1/2=f(w²)）。SMLM子集包含两组典型原始图像，可通过任意单分子定位显微镜重建软件进行分析，以提取在添加或不添加调控分支肌动蛋白连接的药物（CK666）的条件下的分子簇及细胞表面分子簇密度。
