"Comparable Recipes": Cooking recipes that reveal differences in the writing style depending on the writer

Each of the recipes is described by more than one person for the same dish. You can see the differences in the writing style of each person and how the same person describes different recipes. 20 dishes 64 writers 同一の調理について、複数人が記載した料理レシピがそれぞれ記載されています。記載者による書き方の違いや、同じ記載者が異なるレシピをどう記載するか、がわかります。 20種類の調理について延べ64人の記載が公開されています。本数据集收录了20道菜品的料理食谱，每道菜品均由多位不同的撰写者分别记录。使用者可通过该数据集观察到不同撰写者的行文风格差异，以及同一撰写者针对不同食谱的描述方式差异。本次数据集累计涉及64位撰写者，所有相关记录均已公开。
