PROSPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTING SMART CONTRACTS AND BLOCKCHAIN SYSTEMS THROUGH ISLAMIC FINTECH PLATFORMS IN THE FINANCIAL MARKET OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the scientific-theoretical and practical foundations of implementing Islamic FinTech platforms in the financial market of Uzbekistan. The research highlights the advantages of blockchain technology and smart contracts in the Islamic banking system, their compliance with Sharia principles, and their role in ensuring transaction transparency. Furthermore, based on international experience and national legislation, practical proposals have been developed to expand digital Islamic financial services.本文剖析了乌兹别克斯坦金融市场中伊斯兰金融科技（Islamic FinTech）平台落地的科学理论与实践根基。本研究重点阐释了区块链技术（blockchain technology）与智能合约（smart contracts）在伊斯兰银行体系中的应用优势、其符合伊斯兰教法（Sharia）原则的特性，以及二者在保障交易透明度方面的重要作用。此外，本研究基于国际实践经验与本国法律法规框架，提出了拓展数字化伊斯兰金融服务的务实可行方案。
