NRS-21047 | Cinematographic films relating to the operations of the Electricity Commission [Electricity Commission]

These films are from the Electricity Commission's Administration Group - photographic section. They were used for general information and community awareness, for use in schools, training, and as a record of the testing of electrical equipment. Many were made by Electricity Commission cinematographers from the Photographic Section, working with the Public Relations Branch, while a number of the early films were produced by outside organisations under the Commission's direction. In addition, some were acquired overseas. Included are three audio tapes which contain film sound tracks.
