资源简介:
The microbial community composition in feces was examined through 16S rRNA sequencing. Supplementation with pasteurized A.muciniphila had no impact on the diversity and richness of commensal bacteria in hyperuricemia mice, as evidenced by the Simpson and Chao1 indices. Phylum-level analysis revealed Bacillota and Bacteroidota as the dominant taxa, with a notable increase in the proportion of Bacteroidota in hyperuricemia mice. Interestingly, Bacteroidota in AKK-treated mice were less abundant compared to the HUA group, approaching the levels observed in the CON group. LEfSe analysis revealed that intervention group receiving pasteurized A.muciniphila displayed a higher abundance of Ileibacterium, Bacteroides, Akkermansia, Verrucomicrobiia, Bifidobacterium, Faecalibacillus. These bacteria have important potential roles in intestinal health, immune system modulation, and metabolic processes.
