Here we established a long-term (3-year) field experiment of no fertilization (CK), organic fertilizer + chemical fertilizer + sprinkler irrigation (T1), chemical fertilizer + sprinkler irrigation (T2), chemical fertilizer treatment (T3) and leguminous green manure (soybean) + chemical fertilizer + sprinkler irrigation(T4).The data of soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities were collected, and the stoichiometric data of nutrients and enzymes were calculated according to the formula.Excel 2019 and SPSS 27.0 software were used for statistical analysis. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov method was used to test the normal distribution of data. For data that were normally distributed, one-way ANOVA and least significant difference were applied. For non-normally distributed data, Dunett's T3 method was used. To assess the relationships among soil properties and their relation to soil enzyme activity, Spearman’s correlation analysis was conducted using the “corrplot” package of R. Canoco 5 (version 5, Microcomputer Power, Ithaca, NY, USA) was used for redundant analysis (RDA) of soil physicochemical properties and soil enzyme activity. Graphics were conducted by Origin 2024. Data are presented as mean ± standard deviation.

本研究中,我们构建了一项为期三年的长期田间试验,包括无施肥处理(CK)、有机肥+化肥+喷灌(T1)、化肥+喷灌(T2)、化肥处理(T3)和豆科绿肥(大豆)+化肥+喷灌(T4)。对土壤的物理化学性质和酶活性进行了数据收集,并依据公式计算了养分和酶的化学计量数据。采用Excel 2019和SPSS 27.0软件进行了统计分析。利用Kolmogorov-Smirnov方法检验了数据的正态分布。对于正态分布数据,应用了一元方差分析(ANOVA)和最小显著差异法。对于非正态分布数据,采用了Dunnett的T3方法。为评估土壤性质及其与土壤酶活性的相关性,运用R语言的“corrplot”包进行了Spearman相关分析。土壤的物理化学性质和土壤酶活性的冗余分析(RDA)采用了Canoco 5(版本5,Microcomputer Power,纽约伊萨卡,美国)。图形绘制由Origin 2024完成。数据以平均值±标准差的形式呈现。
