资源简介:
Our research has found that Deinococcus sp. NH1 not only has a high cadmium tolerance itself but also can enhance the resistance of rice to cadmium stress. To explain the mechanism by which Deinococcus sp. NH1 enhances the resistance of rice to cadmium stress, we designed a greenhouse experiment. In this experiment, there were three treatment groups and one control group. Specifically, the treatment groups were as follows: the group treated with a bacterial suspension of Deinococcus sp. NH1 for rice seedlings grown in the greenhouse (NH1), the group treated with CdCl2 (Cd), the group treated with both CdCl2 and a bacterial suspension of Deinococcus sp. NH1 (Cd + NH1), and the control group treated with an equal volume of clear water (CK). Six replicates were set for each treatment group. The bacterial community data in the rice rhizosphere soil were detected.
