Effect of depletion of ANAPC1P2 on OVCAR3 cells.

ANAPC1P2 is a chimeric pseudogene that gives rise to a novel chimeric long non-coding transcript, vA-202 (RMND5A-ANAPC1). Notably, vA-202 functions as a ?-irradiation–responsive lncRNA, becoming induced under genotoxic stress conditions. In this study, we generated ANAPC1P2-knockdown OVCAR3 cell lines (OVCAR3_KD) and performed RNA-sequencing alongside their corresponding control lines. The resulting transcriptomic datasets reveal the global changes in gene expression that occur upon loss of this lncRNA, including both upregulated and downregulated targets. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of OVCAR3 cells and its derivative having shRNA knockdown of ANAPC1P2 (OVCAR3_KD).
