Peptide Nanowire Segmentation Dataset

This dataset consists of Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) images of peptide nanowires in two structural forms: dispersed and reticular. It includes a total of 3035 image patches, each sized 512 × 512 pixels. The dataset is divided into training (2135 patches), validation (600 patches), and test (300 patches) subsets.本数据集包含两种结构形态的肽纳米线的透射电子显微镜（Transmission Electron Microscopy, TEM）图像：分散态与网状态。数据集总计包含3035个图像块，单块尺寸为512×512像素。该数据集被划分为训练集（2135个图像块）、验证集（600个图像块）与测试集（300个图像块）三个子集。
