Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation cohort of 116 donor/recipient pairs : immunosequencing and HLA data

This public dataset contains the HLA typing data in a cohort of 116 recipients of an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It also contains the TCR beta immunosequencing data of these patients at one year post-transplantation and of their respective donors just prior to transplantation.
