Application of a trait-based climate change vulnerability assessment to determine management priorities at protected area scale - Assessment Data

Within this upload are datasets for the reptile and amphibian assessments, respectively. This data was collated to assess the climate change vulnerability of reptile and amphibians species found in Table Mountain National Park. Each of these datasets contains the following tabs of information: Trait criteria: The species traits for which data was collated, variables used to score each trait, and the vulnerability thresholds assigned to each trait. Expert weighting refers to the degree of relative importance a trait has on the sensitivity or adaptive capacity of a species when considered independently from the other traits. Data: Each of the species examined for each respective assessment, life history information for each trait and species, and sources for such information. 本次上传包含两套数据集，分别用于爬行动物与两栖动物的评估工作。汇编此类数据的核心目的，是评估桌山国家公园（Table Mountain National Park）内分布的爬行动物与两栖动物物种的气候变化脆弱性。各数据集均包含以下四类信息标签页：
1. 性状标准（Trait criteria）：涵盖本次汇编数据所覆盖的物种功能性状、用于对各性状进行评分的变量，以及为各性状划定的脆弱性阈值。
2. 专家权重（Expert weighting）：指在单独考量某一性状时，该性状对物种敏感性或适应能力的相对重要性程度。
3. 数据（Data）：包含各对应评估所涉及的全部受试物种、各性状与各物种的生活史信息，以及此类信息的来源渠道。
