Evolution of cardiac abnormalities determined by transthoracic echocardiography in previously healthy individuals recovering from COVID-19

This study focuses on the evolution of cardiac abnormalities diagnosed by transthoracic ecocardiography in 102 patients infected with COVID-19 in the first 3 waves of the disease. This patients were all diagnosed with post-acute Covid-19 syndrome. They were re-evaluated at 3 and 6 month. This study was conducted by the researchers of the "Victor Babes" University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Timisoara.

本研究针对新冠疫情前3波流行浪潮中102例新冠病毒感染者经胸超声心动图（transthoracic echocardiography）确诊的心脏异常病变的演变情况展开分析。该批患者均被确诊为新冠后综合征（post-acute COVID-19 syndrome），研究团队分别于其感染后3个月与6个月时对其进行了再次评估。本研究由蒂米什瓦拉维克托·巴贝什医科大学（Victor Babes University of Medicine and Pharmacy from Timisoara）的科研人员主导完成。
