该接口为大庆市数据中心在履行政务数据共享职责过程中，依托大庆市数据共享交换平台开发产生，具备提供可批量调用的全社会用电量信息查询功能，主要用于用电情况监测、能源数据核查，助力精准监管与服务提质。
This interface was developed and launched by the Daqing Municipal Data Center while discharging its duties of government affairs data sharing, based on the Daqing Municipal Data Sharing and Exchange Platform. It supports batch-callable query services for total social electricity consumption information, and is mainly applied to electricity usage monitoring and energy data verification, so as to facilitate precise supervision and service quality improvement.
