Seawater carbonate chemistry, nutrients, chlorophyll, and growth rate of Phaeocystis globosa (strain Pg G''A'') during experiments, 2011

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Lavigne and Gattuso, 2011) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI).

为确保与其他海洋酸化数据集具备完全可比性，本研究采用R软件包seacarb（Lavigne与Gattuso，2011），按照Nisumaa等（2010）所述方法，计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量（carbonate system variables）。本数据集除归档重新计算得到的参数外，还留存了原始观测值（详见相关首席研究员(PI, Principal Investigator)）。
