Alleles sizes are coded as three numbers and missing data as 0. For methodological details, please consult the publication.

本研究所用数据集为简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat, SSR）基因型数据集。该数据已被编码为适配GexAlex（Peakall与Smouse, 2012，《生物信息学》(Bioinformatics)）扩展插件的输入格式。等位基因（allele）的片段长度以三位数字编码，缺失数据以0表示。有关方法学的详细信息，请参阅相关研究出版物。
