Human bladder epithelial cell line (5637) was infected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAO1-GFP) at MOI=25. GFP+ cells were sorted two hours post infection as bulk populations (1000 cells) or single cells. Dual RNAseq libraries were made with the scDualseq protocol from total RNA. Libraries were sequenced before (pre) and after (post) PatH-Cap enrichment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa mRNA-derived reads.
