Pooled dataset and analysis code: Serum ferritin and neurological disability in Multiple Sclerosis — a systematic review and meta-analysis

This deposit contains the pooled effect-size dataset and reproducible R analysis code supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis "The association between serum ferritin and neurological disability in Multiple Sclerosis is context-dependent" (PROSPERO CRD420261422833), submitted to Journal of Neurology. The dataset includes the six quantitative effect sizes entered into the primary and secondary meta-analyses, the three studies included for narrative synthesis only, leave-one-out sensitivity results, and Newcastle-Ottawa Scale risk-of-bias scores. The accompanying R script (reproduce_meta_analysis.R) reproduces the primary random-effects meta-analysis, phenotype-stratified analysis, and all reported sensitivity analyses using the metafor package.
