al-Battani: Opus Astronomicum / Kitab al-Zij, Complete Text Working Edition and Audited Table Data

Work-level record for al-Battānī's Opus Astronomicum / Kitāb al-Zīj. Earlier versions of this same Zenodo concept foregrounded the fixed-star catalogue; this version gathers the al-Battānī work package in one place without creating a second DOI for the same work. The front-facing reader is the 251-page complete-text working edition: the 100 body-text segments are represented as Arabic source with English and Chinese translations and current catalogue, geography, and chronology layers appended. It is useful as a readable working edition, but it is not yet a final scholarly critical edition with every table placed back into its historical chapter location. The text should continue to be audited against Nallino as the edition is refined. The reliable current table/data layers include the complete fixed-star catalogue, the complete geographical gazetteer, and the partial chronology / Canon of Kings layer. The Nallino source witness, Nallino Pars I-III table witness, canonical v083 TeX/data/report package, table reference supplement, source-data/workflow package, and compact latest-notes package are included for checking and provenance. Table status is stated explicitly. The fixed-star catalogue is complete at the current working-edition level: 485 numbered star rows across 47 Ptolemaic figures, with ecliptic longitude and latitude values, north/south signs, magnitudes, modern identification fields, and the documented Escorial-codex lacuna shown in place. The geography gazetteer is complete with 269 locality entries. The chronology layer is useful but partial; ancient regnal-year figures remain flagged for collation. Zodiac / terms / houses auxiliary tables are not cleanly tabulated in Nallino's Latin volume and are not fabricated here.
