To investigate the role of DNMT3A in AITL, single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) is performed to analysis the lymph nodes generated from the control, RHOAG17V and RHOAG17V DNMT3AR882H AITL mice. The mitoQC maps shows the distributions of unique gene detected and mitochondrial genes detected in each single cell.
