The study compares GitHub Actions workflows added by six coding agents (AIDev dataset) with workflows that humans added to the same repositories (RQ1), relates static findings to the CI runs of the same file at the same commit (RQ2), and evaluates four open models on a 500-task benchmark built from real agent pull requests (RQ3). Two practitioners validated static findings and judged task fulfilment.
