CD27- or CD27+ ESLAMSK cells isolated from 8-week-old wild-type mice Overall design: Cells were first isolated from bone marrow of 8-week-old wild-type mice, hematopoietic stem cells (EPCR+Lin-Sca1+cKit+CD150+CD48-CD201+, ESLAMLSK) were then sorting based in expression levels of CD27 (CD27- or CD27+) and processed for ATAC-seq library preparation by using Hyperactive ATAC-Seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina.
