ChSPD Chilean soil profile database V1

ChSPD is a soil profile database for Chile. The data was compiled from different published and unpublished sources. This new soil database covers a wide range of ecosystems and climate conditions. It comprises 22 different soil physical, hydraulic, and chemical properties. Each soil property has its own number of observations, which is determined by the soil horizons surveyed and the measurements taken at each point. In total, the database contains 19312 georeferenced records, which represent 13934 soil profiles. The properties with the most records are organic matter (15359 data points), texture distribution (clay, sand, and silt content, 4370 data points), bulk density (4615 data points), field capacity (1477), and permanent wilting point (1463).ChSPD是智利土壤剖面数据库。该数据集整合自各类已发表与未发表的数据源。该新型土壤数据库覆盖了多样的生态系统与气候条件，包含22项不同的土壤物理、水力学及化学属性。每一项土壤属性的观测样本量均由所调研的土壤发生层（soil horizons）以及各点位的实测数据共同决定。该数据库总计包含19312条带地理坐标的记录，对应13934个土壤剖面。记录量最多的属性包括有机质（15359个数据点）、粒度分布（黏粒、砂粒及粉粒含量，4370个数据点）、容重（4615个数据点）、田间持水量（1477个数据点）以及永久萎蔫点（1463个数据点）。
