Comparative transcriptomic analysis of Seriola rivoliana larvae feed with probiotic yeast Debaryomyces hansenii

the aim of this study was to examinate the effect of administration of live yeast D. hansenii via live feed on S. rivoliana larval digestive tract maturation and skeletal deformities by analysis of digestive enzyme activity, gene expression, double staining technique, and transcriptome analysis.
