This dataset contains the expression quantitative trait locus (eQTL) results for the STMP1, DPYS and DCSTAMP genes from a study of 158 osteoclast cell cultures (PMID 30705363). Output of Grant: NHMRC Project Grants 1048216, 1127156 and Raine Medical Research Foundation Priming Grant.
