A 24-month longitudinal study was conducted in four villages located in Kayin State, Myanmar in order to collect data in the entomological determinants of malaria transmission in this area. Anopheles specimen identified as An. minimus, An. maculatus and An. dirus were analyzed by qPCR Plasmodium. This study aimed at better describing the vectorial systems in presence along the Thailand-Myanmar border.
