This dataset supports the study “Developing and validating mangrove-specific AGBD models to reduce uncertainty in GEDI-based estimation.” The dataset includes all values mentioned in the manuscript that were used to generate figures or other graphics, the data used to calculate the reported means, standard deviations, and other statistical metrics, as well as the points extracted from images for analysis. AGBD in each file refers to field AGBD calculated using mangrove-specific allometric equations.L4A-PM refers to mangrove AGBD estimated by the L4A-PM model.L2A-OLS refers to mangrove AGBD estimated by the L2A-OLS model.CC refers to canopy cover.rhreal98 refers to the 98th percentile height data derived from simulated waveform data based on airborne LiDAR.
