HLY-04-02 High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Pigment Data (Excel). Version 1.0

This data set includes pigment analyses using the High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) method proposed by Wright et. al. (1991). Samples were collected at the surface and at the chlorophyll max, identified from the in situ fluorometer on the Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD). These data are from the 2004 Spring SBI cruise aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) Healy. These data are in Excel format.

本数据集包含由Wright等人（1991年）提出的高效液相色谱法（High Performance Liquid Chromatography, HPLC）开展的色素分析工作。样本采集于表层水体与叶绿素最大值层，其识别依托搭载于温盐深仪（Conductivity Temperature Depth, CTD）的原位荧光计完成。本次数据源自美国海岸警卫队希利号（U.S. Coast Guard Cutter, USCGC）于2004年春季执行的SBI科考航次，所有数据均以Excel格式存储。
