That is why not every foreigner is an immigrant.<br>The source of this information is the Municipal Register of Inhabitants on 1 January of each year. The municipal register is an administrative register whose formation, as well as maintenance and management, corresponds to each of the existing municipalities. Your data constitute proof of residence and address in the public area, reliable for all administrative purposes.<br>The register is a register of personal data regulated by the Law on Local Regime Bases and by the Data Protection Law. These data are: name and surname, sex, place and date of birth, nationality and National Identity Document or, if they are foreigners, the document that replaces it.
