Exercise induced PPARγ controls the ESCRT-dependent pathway to activate exosome biogenesis, the exosomal ANXA1 act on chondrocyte to interact with ERK then activate autophagy and ameliorate cartilage degeneration. PPARγ/ESCRT – FLSs exosomal ANXA1 – ERK axis provides a deeper theoretical basis for exercise therapy of OA and a new idea for the clinical transformation of nanoparticles into OA therapy.
运动诱导的PPARγ调控ESCRT依赖途径以激活外泌体生物发生,外泌体中的ANXA1作用于软骨细胞,与ERK相互作用,进而激活自噬并改善软骨退化。PPARγ/ESCRT - FLSs外泌体ANXA1 - ERK轴为OA的运动疗法提供了更深入的理论基础,并为纳米颗粒在OA治疗中的临床转化提供了新的思路。
