Analysis files for the dioscRi manuscript

Raw and processed datasets required to reproduce the analysis performed in the dioscRi manuscript. The file structure is as follows in the Analysis data folder deep_learning_data This folder contains the scripts and data neccessary to replicate the deep learning comparative results raw files This folder contains the raw data for the bioheart analysis sce_objects This folder contains the processed sce objects for all the datasets used in the manuscript本数据集包含复现《DioscRi》手稿中所执行的分析所需的原始数据与经处理后的数据。 分析数据文件夹内的文件结构如下： deep_learning_data：该文件夹内含用于复现深度学习对比实验结果所需的脚本与必要数据。 raw files：该文件夹存储了生物心脏（bioheart）分析所需的原始数据。 sce_objects：该文件夹存储了本手稿中所用全部数据集的经处理后的SCE对象（single-cell experiment objects）。
