Nanoscale (2026). DOI: 10.1039/D6NR00519E The raw data has been uploaded as a series of Zip files, one for each buffer condition and one for the raw NTA files. Each zip file contains a series of folders with the raw instrument files and several Excel files with extracted data used to analyse spectral changes. An overall guide to the data structure is given in an Excel file: Raw_Data_summary-d6nr00519e.xlsx which also contains a summary of the extracted data.本次上传的文件为本研究发表论文所用的原始数据：《利用吸收、偏振本征发射与散射（A-PIES）实时监测蛋白质-脂质体相互作用动力学：对蛋白质冠形成的洞察》，发表于《纳米尺度》（*Nanoscale*）2026年刊，DOI：10.1039/D6NR00519E。 本原始数据以多组ZIP压缩包形式上传，每组对应一种缓冲液条件，另有一组压缩包包含原始纳米颗粒追踪分析（Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis, NTA）文件。每个ZIP压缩包内含若干存放原始仪器文件的文件夹，以及数个用于存储光谱变化分析所需提取数据的Excel文件。另有一份名为Raw_Data_summary-d6nr00519e.xlsx的Excel文件，该文件不仅提供了本数据集的整体结构指引，还汇总了所有提取得到的数据。
