International Cancer Genome Consortium Open Access Data

This dataset contains comprehensive catalogues of genomic abnormalities (somatic mutations, abnormal expression of genes, epigenetic modifications) in tumors from 50 different human cancer types and/or subtypes which are of clinical and societal importance across the globe and make the data available to the entire research community as rapidly as possible, and with minimal restrictions, to accelerate research into the causes and control of cancer. The ICGC Open Access Datasets, are publicly accessible and contain only data that cannot be aggregated to generate a dataset unique to an individual. These include: - Cancer Pathology - Histologic type or subtype - Histologic nuclear grade - Patient/Person - Gender Age range - Gene Expression (normalized) - DNA methylation - Genotype frequencies - Computed Copy Number and Loss of Heterozygosity - Newly discovered somatic variants

本数据集收录了全球范围内50种具有重要临床与社会价值的人类癌症类型及亚型的肿瘤中，各类基因组异常（体细胞突变（somatic mutations）、基因异常表达（abnormal expression of genes）、表观遗传修饰（epigenetic modifications））的综合目录。本数据集以尽可能快的速度、最低使用限制向全体科研社群开放数据，以期加速癌症病因与防控相关研究。
国际癌症基因组联盟（International Cancer Genome Consortium，ICGC）开放获取数据集可公开访问，且仅包含无法被聚合为可唯一识别单个个体的数据集内容。其涵盖内容如下：
