Effects of fly ash addition on the structure and diversity of soil bacterial communities in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil areas of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings

In order to explore the effect of fly ash addition on Gobi soil microorganisms, we took the fly ash dump in Tuokexun County, Xinjiang, China as the research object, and analyzed the bacterial community characteristics of the rhizosphere soil and non-rhizosphere soil of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings by mixing different proportions of fly ash into Gobi soil around the fly ash dump.
