Number of genes per function within mobile genetic elements in Martinez Arbas, Narayanasamy et. al. (2020)

This repository contains a set of tables separated by COG functional categories and the type of mobile genetic element, i.e. phage or plasmid. Each table contains predicted gene functions for each COG category and information on protospacer-containing contigs (PSCCs) and non-PSCCs This repository is related to the work published in Martinez Arbas, Narayanasamy et. al. (2020).本数据集仓库包含多组表格，各组表格依据可移动遗传元件（mobile genetic element）类型（即噬菌体或质粒）以及COG（Clusters of Orthologous Groups，直系同源基因簇）功能类别进行划分。每张表格均涵盖各COG类别的预测基因功能信息，以及含前间区序列的重叠群（protospacer-containing contigs，PSCCs）与非PSCCs的相关数据。本数据集仓库与Martinez Arbas、Narayanasamy等学者2020年发表的研究成果相关。
