This Torso of Hercules originates from 1st - 2nd century AD Rome. Provenance: Formerly in the collection of Wright S. Ludington (1900-1991)Monteccito, California, acquired in the early 20th century.Offered by him to the Museum of Art of Santa Barbara in 1993 (inv. no, 1993.1.87).
