The aim of this experiment is to identify the changes in gene expression induced by CBL0137, panobinostat and their combination The vehicle control, CBL0137, panobinostat, or the combination was given to homozygous Th-MYCN+/+ transgenic mice when spontaneous neuroblastomas developed to 5 mm in diameter in these mice. Three mice per group were included. CBL0137 was given intravenously at 40 mg/kg and panobinostat IP at 5 mg/kg one dose, and tumours were harvested 16 hours post treatment for RNA-seq.
