Dataset for the MACS cleared Mouse Lung presented in figure 2d in the paper Index-agnostic oblique plane light sheet microscopy of centimetre-scale cleared tissues at subcellular resolution. Data included: Raw_data - Unalterded dataset acquired using the CtDvOPM. Exposure time was 100 ms and the y step size between each frame is 5 um. Deskewed_Data - The same dataset after deskewing, hot pixel correction and illumination flatness correction. This volume is in the laboratrory coordinate frame (x,y,z). The voxel size for this data set is 1.884 x 1.884 x 10 um (x,y,z). MIP_Deskewed_Data - A xy maximum intensity projection of the deskewed volume.本数据集对应论文《亚细胞分辨率下厘米级透明化组织的索引无关斜平面光片显微镜》中图2d展示的经MACS透明化处理的小鼠肺部样本。 包含的数据如下： - 原始数据（Raw_data）：通过CtDvOPM采集的未经过任何修改的原始数据集。采集参数为：曝光时长100 ms，相邻帧之间的y轴步长为5 μm。 - 去斜校正后数据（Deskewed_Data）：对原始数据集依次执行去斜校正、热像素校正及照明均匀性校正后得到的数据集。该三维体数据采用实验室坐标系（x,y,z），体素尺寸为1.884 × 1.884 × 10 μm（x、y、z方向）。 - 去斜后体数据的最大强度投影（MIP_Deskewed_Data，Maximum Intensity Projection）：对去斜校正后的三维体数据沿xy平面生成的最大强度投影图像。
