Treg and Tmem scRNA-seq across tissues - 10X

10X data from Treg and Tmem from different mouse tissues.<br>10X_all_data_preQC.rdata - a Seurat object with the complete quantified 10x data<br>all_data_cl_metadata.csv - a .csv file with the all the metadata used in the manuscript. Cells not present here but present in 10X_all_data_preQC.rdata were removed with QC. Column "cl_allCells" represents clustering of all cells together, Column "cl_tiss" represents clustering per tissue.<br>velocyto_10X_merged.loom - a .loom file with the results from running velocyto, which can then be loaded and analysed
