RAD21_HIV_ATAC_seq

Examine chromatin accessibility of HIV and host DNA in WT and RAD21-depleted cells. WT and RAD21-depleted cells were infected with VSV-G pseudotyped HIV-1 (NL4.3Luc.R-E-) virus. ATAC-seq library was prepared using Zymo-Seq ATAC Library Kit (D5458) and sequenced in Illumina platform (2x150bp, PE reads).
