WAYS TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF TOURISM LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE SAMARKAND REGION

This article analyzes current developments in the transport sector of the Samarkand Region and evaluates their role in improving the efficiency of tourism logistics. Using official statistical and programmatic data, the study examines public transport, aviation, and railway infrastructure reforms and their impact on tourist mobility, accessibility of destinations, and regional economic outcomes. The findings demonstrate that integrated transport planning, fleet modernization, and multimodal connectivity have significantly contributed to the growth of tourist flows, longer stays, and higher tourism service exports. Policy-oriented recommendations are proposed to further enhance transport efficiency and sustainability in support of tourism development.本文分析了撒马尔罕地区（Samarkand Region）交通运输领域的当前发展态势，并评估其对提升旅游物流（tourism logistics）效率的作用。本研究依托官方统计与规划数据，考察了公共交通、航空及铁路基础设施改革进程，及其对游客出行、目的地可达性与区域经济发展成果的影响。研究结果表明，综合交通运输规划、运输车队现代化改造以及多式联运连通性的提升，显著推动了旅游客流增长、游客停留时长延长以及旅游服务出口额提升。本文提出政策导向型建议，以进一步提升交通运输效率与可持续性，助力旅游产业发展。
